Roptimal
Route optimization, priced by the route

Every stop,in the right order.

Roptimal takes a pile of addresses and works out the fastest way to drive them — using live traffic, real roads, and your actual departure time. One driver or a whole fleet.

What Roptimal actually does

It is one tool with one job: turn a list of addresses into a drivable route. Everything below is in the app from the first route you plan.

The fastest order, not the shortest line

Roptimal orders your stops against live Google traffic data and real road geometry — not crow-flies distance. The difference is what shows up on the clock at the end of the route.

Split a route across a whole fleet

Tell it how many drivers are out and it decides who takes which stops, balancing the split by time, distance and stop count so nobody gets handed the monster route.

Depart at, or arrive by

Plan forwards from when you leave, or backwards from when you have to be at the last door. Per-stop dwell time is part of the maths, so the arrival times are ones you can actually quote.

Built for the cab, not the desk

Install it to your home screen and it opens full-screen like an app. Every finished route hands off to Google Maps for turn-by-turn navigation in one press.

Get the addresses in however they reach you

Stops arrive as a spreadsheet, a text message, or a sheet of paper on the passenger seat. All three routes in, and none of them cost a token — you pay for the optimization, not for typing.

  • Speak an address
  • Import a CSV or a pasted list
  • Photograph a manifest

Three steps to a planned route

  1. 1

    Set where you start

Search an address or use your current location. Add an end point if you have to finish somewhere specific.

  2. 2

    Add your stops

Type them, say them, paste a list, import a spreadsheet, or take a photo of the manifest. Adding stops is always free.

  3. 3

    Optimize and drive

One press orders the route — or splits it across your drivers — and hands each route off to Google Maps for navigation.

You pay for routes, not for months

There is no subscription. You buy tokens, and a token covers 5 stops of a route each time you optimize — so a quiet week costs you nothing. Searching, dictating and importing addresses are all free, and tokens don't expire.

Starts at

$2.50for 10 tokens

25¢ per token

Down to

10¢per token

$100.00 for 1,000 tokens — the more you buy, the cheaper each one gets.

New workspaces start with 10 free tokens — enough to plan your first few routes before you spend anything.

What would you actually pay?

A flat monthly plan charges the same whether you plan two hundred routes or none. Tokens charge for the routes. Put your own week in and compare the two — including the plan price you'd be comparing against.

22 routes a month × 5 tokens each = 110 tokens, bought at the Medium pack rate of 19¢ per token. Searching, dictating and importing stops cost nothing — only optimizing does.

Roptimal tokens$20.90/mo

110 tokens for 550 stops

Flat monthly plan$49.00/mo

Charged every month, busy or not

$28.10 a month stays in your pocket — $337.20 over a year, at this workload.
  • A week you don't drive costs you nothing.
  • No per-seat fee — every driver spends the same balance.
  • Tokens don't expire, so nothing is wasted.

This is what comes out the other end

Not a mock-up — a real route, planned in Roptimal. Stops numbered in the order you drive them, along the roads you actually take, with the whole day's shape visible at a glance before you pull away.
